Lifetime's offer via professional advisers

We formed The Lifetime SIPP Company Ltd to provide self-invested personal pensions to clients of  Regulated Professional Advisers that are duly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our core product, The Lifetime SIPP, is only available through such Advisers, on a fully advised basis, and we do not offer individual investment advice to their clients.

Our 'parentage' stems from Hartley SAS Ltd (HSAS), which began administering schemes some 30 years ago. We were formed to address the requirements of A-Day in 2006. HSAS provides the day-to-day administration of SIPPs for us under a legally enforceable service agreement. Although not able to give specific investment advice, we see our role as that of solutions provider, giving strong technical guidance and support.

Our business strategy is to develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with manageable numbers of designated 'Business Partners', because we see this as a form of partnership arrangement. This allows us to deliver undiluted standards of support to our Business Partners and their clients. Our SIPP can be white-labelled as required.

The Lifetime SIPP is designed for flexibility, enabling investment in assets such as quoted equities, collective investment funds and cash deposits. We do not have a panel of investment providers that must be used. If an investment is allowable under HMRC pension legislation then please contact our Compliance Team and we will see if this can be accomodated under The Lifetime SIPP.

As we specialise in the provision and administration of SIPPs, we are authorised specifically to do this by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our services are provided exclusively through FCA regulated Professional Adviserswho are well placed to know their client and make suitable recommendations; our experienced staff work with the  Advisers, giving any support or technical assistance needed.

At some stages in life, we know, people's requirements can change and an adjustment may be needed to regular pension contributions. The flexibility of The Lifetime SIPP means that when this happens there is no charge for the amendment; and a SIPP with us that is developed in stages still has a competitive fee schedule.
